This is for an extra frozen gel pack to keep perishable cheese items fresh and cool during transit. By default all orders ship with 1 frozen gel pack. During the hot seasons and for delivery locations which take 3-4 days delivery time we highly recommend adding an extra gel pack with our Gouda, Cheddar, and Kalari cheese.
