A traditional Dutch cheese made in the Indian Himalayans. A beautiful Mediterranean mix of dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive, oregano, capsicum. Naturally aged between 7-12 months to give a mature flavour and a great fusion of flavours that only comes with longer matured cheeses. A very unique cheese what is definitely a must try in any cheese plater.
