Raw honey. This early summer & late fall honey is harvested from the Kashmir valley/ pahalgam area. This Honey is mainly from Acacia, Apple & Mustard flowers. It is a full body smooth honey with some slight sharpness on the end. Natural honey crystallise under colder temperatures partly or whole. Unprocessed honey just out of the hive filtered and in the bottle. It is not heated or any other way processed. All enzymes are still active and the natural structure of the honey is still preserved. This honey has high medicinal value as the honey comes from a great variety of plants and trees that grow in the mountains.
