Our Gouda is a classic Dutch cheese, handcrafted in the Indian Himalayas using milk from cows and buffaloes grazing in pristine mountain pastures. Naturally ripened and free from chemicals or artificial coloring, this semi-hard cheese develops a smooth, nutty flavor with gentle caramel notes — perfect for both cooking and snacking. Manufactured under fair trade principles, it reflects purity, tradition, and versatility. Available in five aged versions, each stage offers a unique taste journey — from creamy and mellow to bold, crystalline, and umami-rich.

  • Young Gouda (3–8 Weeks) → Mild, creamy, buttery with a smooth texture and subtle sweetness. Perfect for everyday cooking — sandwiches, omelets, parathas, wraps. Serve in restaurants as quick‑service menus (burgers, pizzas, grilled sandwiches) where a gentle melt is preferred.
  • Mild Gouda (3–4 Months) → Slightly firmer, with nutty undertones and a mellow tang. Use on pasta, pizza, baked dishes, stuffed kulchas. Perfect for pizzerias, casual dining, fusion menus (cheese naan, Gouda kulchas).
