Young Walnut Gouda (3–8 Weeks)
In its young stage, Walnut Gouda is mild, creamy, and buttery, with Gouda’s gentle sweetness lifted by the subtle earthiness of walnuts. Mild Walnut Gouda (3–4 Months)
